Keegan Sullivan
Keegan started Keegareaux LLC in 2026 to prime federal services work and manage it end to end. He runs day-to-day on contract management, scheduling, quality assurance, compliance, and the contracting-officer relationship.
Outside Keegareaux, he leads AI development at ThreatCaptain, a cybersecurity software company serving managed service providers, and owns Sullivan Creative Co., a photo and video studio in Greenville. A decade of running businesses end to end. Running a services contract is operations management, the same discipline applied to federal work.
